Unconference!

This Saturday! The first Wordplay Unconference!

This will be my first experience of an Unconference, which (I am reliably informed by Jazz) is ‘a conference created by the participants on the day’. The idea is if you have a skill or some knowledge related to the art of writing or storytelling that you would like to share with the group, Jazz and Jim will be on hand to give you the tools to create a 45-minute workshop! Of course, if you don’t fancy that, you are welcome to simply attend, and maybe acquire some new writing skills.

Donations are welcome to help cover the running costs of the Unconference, but are not compulsory. Oh, and if you can, bring some food to share for a potluck lunch! If you’re in the Óbidos area on Saturday, why not come down?

And finally, to celebrate the first Wordplay Unconference, I’ve updated a poem I wrote way back at the beginning of the pandemic. Appropriately, it’s called Un-. I hope you like it.
